With over 45 years of combined experience in transportation, limousine services, and adult driving safety education, the management team brings deep industry knowledge and professionalism to every aspect of the school.

Much of Route 66 Driving School’s success comes from its high-quality managers, each with more than 20 years of experience in the driving school industry and a strong understanding of California DMV rules and regulations. By building personal relationships with clients and prioritizing safety and education, Route 66 Driving School continues to create better, safer drivers throughout the Los Angeles area.

Los Angeles Driving School Instructors

Our courteous and personal Driving School Instructors are the heart of our educational program. They are professionally trained in both driving and educational practices. With a focus on customer service and individual training, our driving instructors carefully work with students one-on-one to solve problems areas and create a motivating atmosphere.

Although our driving instructors have many years of experience teaching Drivers Ed in Los Angeles, they continue to pursue advanced areas of training and ways in which to reach students. Our driving instructors help students retain the information, put it into practice - ensuring safe and proper driving behaviors in different situations.

Through patience, personal care and open communication, our instructors help keep new drivers safe behind the wheel. And all of Route 66 Driving School teachers are licensed as certified driving instructors, insured and bonded, which includes a complete background check!

Drivers Ed Instructional Vehicles

Route 66 Driving School forever maintains that safety must be the top priority in drivers education. Not only do instructors explain careful driving practices to students, but our dual-controlled vehicles are kept to the latest standards in safety features. Route 66 Driving School uses late-model sedans for all driving lessons and driver tests. Our vehicles undergo constant safety inspections and are professionally maintained.

Nice place with a friendly staff. Took my road test here last week and the instructor was so knowledgeable. After driving around and answering some pretty easy questions it was over and I passed!
